Department Chair Leadership Skills Training
During the winter and spring quarters, 23 department chairs and heads have been participating in a series of Department Leadership Skills workshops. During each hour-long meeting, faculty discuss different readings from the book Department Chair Leadership Skills (2nd edition) by Walter Gmelch and Val D. Miskin, Madison: Atwood Publishing.
